Bedjoy Policies

1. Pillows

• Return Policy:
  • Timeline: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: The pillow must be returned in its original packaging, including the bag and box. The return request must be submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the item by the delivery person.
• Exchange Policy:
  • Timeline: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: The pillow must be returned in its original packaging, including the bag and box. The exchange request must be submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the item by the delivery person.

2. Mattresses

• Return Policy:
  • Timeline: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: A fee will be deducted based on the condition of the mattress:
    • Opened Packaging: A fee of 1,500 EGP will be deducted if the mattress packaging is opened.
    • Unopened Packaging: A fee of 900 EGP will be deducted if the mattress packaging is unopened.

3. Softening Mattresses

• Return Policy:

  • Timeline: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: The softening mattress must be returned in its original packaging. The return request must be submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the item by the delivery person.

• Exchange Policy:

  • Timeline: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: The softening mattress must be returned in its original packaging. The exchange request must be submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the item by the delivery person.

General Condition:

• Items must be free of stains and damage. Any item that is soiled or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
