Bed Joy Return & Exchange Policies
1) Pillows
Return Policy
- Timeframe: Return within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Item must be in original packaging (bag and box), unused and clean.
- Request Window: Submit the return request within 14 business days from the date the courier handed over the item.
Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: Exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Item must be in original packaging (bag and box), unused and clean.
- Request Window: Submit the exchange request within 14 business days from the date the courier handed over the item.
2) Mattresses
Return Policy
- Timeframe: Return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition & Deductions:
- If the protective bag is opened: EGP 1,500 will be deducted.
- If the protective bag is unopened: EGP 900 will be deducted.
- Mattress must be clean and free of stains or damage.
Before Receipt (Order Confirmed but Not Received)
- If the order is confirmed but the customer refuses/fails to receive it, a shipping charge of EGP 500 will be applied/deducted.
3) Toppers
Return Policy

General Condition
- All items must be free of stains, odors, and damage.
- Any item with stains or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
