Bed Joy Return & Exchange Policies

1) Pillows

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Return within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Item must be in original packaging (bag and box), unused and clean.
  • Request Window: Submit the return request within 14 business days from the date the courier handed over the item.
  • In the event of an exchange or return of pillows or medical accessories, the shipping, sterilization, fabric change, and packaging costs of EGP 340 will be deducted.
  • In case of return or exchange of long medical pillows, a deduction of EGP 340 to EGP 580 will be applied depending on the pillow length.

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Item must be in original packaging (bag and box), unused and clean.
  • Request Window: Submit the exchange request within 14 business days from the date the courier handed over the item.

2) Mattresses

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Return within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Exchange: Exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition & Deductions:
    • If the protective bag is opened: EGP 2,800 will be deducted.
    • If the protective bag is unopened: EGP 1,200 will be deducted.
    • Mattress must be clean and free of stains or damage.

Before Receipt (Order Confirmed but Not Received)

  • If the order is confirmed but the customer refuses/fails to receive it, a shipping charge of EGP 900 will be applied/deducted.

3) Toppers

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Return within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Item must be returned in original packaging, unused and clean.
  • Request Window: Submit the return request within 14 business days from the date the courier handed over the item.

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Item must be in original packaging, unused and clean.
  • Request Window: Submit the exchange request within 14 business days from the date the courier handed over the item.

General Condition

  • All items must be free of stains, odors, and damage.
  • Any item with stains or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
