Welcome to Bedjoy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from it. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1) Purchases & Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
  • Bedjoy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of product unavailability or a pricing error.

2) Pricing & Payment

  • All published prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is available by Cash on Delivery or via the electronic payment methods available on the website.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3) Shipping & Delivery

  • We commit to the delivery times stated in the Shipping Policy: 2โ€“3 days for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria; up to 4 days for other governorates.
  • Mattresses: free shipping, delivered within 5 working days.
  • Special sizes are manufactured to order and take up to 7 working days.

4) Inspection & Right of Refusal

  • Inspection upon delivery is allowed to ensure your satisfaction with product quality.
  • If you refuse to receive the order after inspection, only the shipping fees apply.

5) Returns & Exchange

  • Standard products: may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, sealed factory packaging, and unused.
  • Custom sizes: manufactured to customer specifications and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Where a return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer bears the shipping fees.

6) Warranty

  • Mattresses are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects; the warranty period depends on the mattress type and is stated on the purchase invoice.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage, or exposure of the product to liquids.

7) Limitation of Liability

Bedjoy strives to provide the most accurate product information and images, but colours may vary slightly depending on display settings.

8) Amendments

Bedjoy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms apply from the date they are published on the website.
